Dear Andrew:
Congratulations on your selection as a Claes Nobel Educator of Distinction, a special program of the National Society of High School Scholars that honors educators worldwide. NSHSS encourages young people around the globe to strive for excellence and to embrace their responsibility as our future world leaders. As an educator, you play a critical role in their success.
Your nomination as an Educator of Distinction by Leonora Augusta is a testament to the lasting impact you are making on today's youth. This honor is presented to you because of your dedication to teaching and learning and the difference you are making as a role model, source of inspiration, and leader in your profession.
The Educator of Distinction program, established by our Co-founder Claes Nobel, embraces the Nobel family's tradition of recognizing world-class minds and supports the vision of NSHSS to connect its members with meaningful content, resources, and personal networks. Through the experiences and opportunities that we provide, NSHSS helps young people build upon their academic success and develop the skills, motivation, and determination to change our world for the better.
I am very pleased to enclose a certificate honoring you as a Claes Nobel Educator of Distinction. I encourage you to share the press release with your school leaders and community. NSHSS will also provide recognition for your achievements at member events and on the NSHSS website. As an Educator of Distinction, you are eligible to apply for grants to attend professional conferences, pursue advanced degrees, and enhance the delivery of classroom instruction. Educators of Distinction may also apply for the Claes Nobel Educator of the Year Award, which provides $5,000 to one educator and $1,000 to nine other recipients for the impact they make on our young future leaders.
I welcome your involvement in NSHSS in whatever capacity you feel most beneficial for you.
